Public Hearing - Control of Dogs January 20, 2012 A Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Municipal Office on a proposed local law about Maintaining Control of Dogs. The complete copy of the local law is available in the Village Clerk's Office and can be viewed any Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Some of the highlights of the proposed law include: All Dogs Must Be On A Leash other than when on the premises of the person owning, keeping, harboring or having the custody or control of such dog, A New Section for Dangerous Dogs, Complaints, Fines and Civil Actions
